Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Zustrieach app and services. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who can use Zustrieach

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding contract in India. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. What Zustrieach does

Zustrieach is a marketplace. It connects customers with independent tailors, fabric suppliers and delivery partners, and handles scheduling, payment and support. Tailors and suppliers are not our employees.

3. Orders and prices

• The price shown before you pay is an estimate. The final price is confirmed when you place the order and pay.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and a tailor accepts it. If no tailor accepts, you are refunded in full.
• You choose garment, fabric and customisation. Check them on the review screen before paying.

4. Your measurements

Your tailor stitches to the measurements you confirm. Scan results are estimates, so check them before you order and re-scan or edit if something looks wrong. A garment made to measurements you confirmed is not a defect if the fit is wrong because the measurements were wrong. See the refund policy.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 48 hours of successful payment. This is a target, not a guarantee. It can be affected by a wrong address, an unreachable customer, weather, strikes or other events outside our control. If we miss it, the remedy is in the refund policy. You must be available to receive the order and give the delivery code to the delivery partner.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay and are in Indian rupees. We do not store your payment credentials. Taxes are included where the law requires.

7. How to behave

Do not misuse the app, give false information, harass tailors or delivery partners, scan another person without their consent, or try to break or bypass the service. We may suspend an account that does.

8. Our content

The Zustrieach name, logo and app are ours. You may not copy them. You keep rights to your own reviews and photos and give us permission to display them in the app.

9. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before important changes apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mahabubabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, without affecting your consumer rights to approach any forum the law gives you.
