Delete your Zustrieach account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. This page applies to customers, tailors and fabric suppliers.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open Zustrieach and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Profile and privacy.
3. Tap Export my data first if you want a copy.
4. Tap Delete account and enter your password to confirm.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you have an order in progress, cancel it or wait for delivery first.

Option 2: if you cannot open the app

Email zustrieach@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or tell us the mobile number), with the subject "Delete my Zustrieach account". We verify it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email, mobile number and password.
• Saved addresses.
• Body measurements, scan photos and video.
• Notification tokens and device identifiers.
• For tailors and suppliers: business profile, GST certificate and bank details.

What we keep, and why

We keep order, payment and invoice records for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires, and short-term security logs to prevent fraud, for up to 90 days. These are kept only for those reasons and are no longer linked to a usable account.
