Privacy Policy

Zustrieach is a custom tailoring marketplace in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. By creating an account you agree to it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• Account: name, email, mobile number and a password (stored only in scrambled form).
• Addresses you save for delivery or pickup.
• Body scan and measurements: photos or video you record in the app and the measurements we work out from them, or the numbers you type in yourself.
• Orders: garment, fabric, customisation, status and delivery details, and reviews you write.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and a reference. We do not store your card, UPI or bank login details.
• Tailors and fabric suppliers also give business details, GST certificate, pickup address and bank account details for payouts.
• Device data: device identifier and a notification token so we can send order updates, plus basic logs for security and fixing faults.

Face ID or fingerprint unlock is done by your phone. We never receive your biometric data.

2. Body scan and measurements

The scan is optional. You can type measurements instead. We ask for your permission before the camera opens. The images are used only to estimate your measurements. Your assigned tailor sees your measurements for that order. Your tailor does not see your scan photos or video. Scan photos are deleted as soon as your scan has been processed, whether it succeeds or fails. Scan videos are deleted within about 30 days of your scan, or immediately if you delete your account. If a file ever cannot be removed straight away, our 30-day rule deletes it. Measurements stay in your account until you delete them or close your account.

3. How we use your data

• To match you with a tailor, make and deliver your order, and take payment.
• To send order updates, codes and security messages by notification or email.
• To give support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax duties.
• To improve the app. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• Your tailor: measurements, garment and customisation, and your first name.
• Fabric supplier: the fabric and metres for your order, not your personal details.
• Delivery partners: name, phone number, address and order reference, only to deliver.
• Service providers: Amazon Web Services (hosting, India region), Razorpay (payments), Amazon SES (email) and Apple and Google notification services.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

5. Where it is stored and for how long

Your data is stored on servers in India. We keep it while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, except records we must keep by law, such as order and payment records for tax and accounting. See Delete your account.

6. Your rights

You can see, correct, export and delete your data from Profile and privacy in the app. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. You can also nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or cannot act. Write to the contact below for anything the app does not cover. If we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Children

Zustrieach is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Tell us if you think we have and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
